Let me start off by telling you a little bit about myself.

My name is James Ferguson, but I go by Jim or Jimmy, whatever you're in the mood for. I'm a father and a husband and I'm a born and raised Maryland native with a TON of Maryland pride. I always say, "If you can't find it in Maryland, it doesn't exist!". We have farms, cities, oceans, lakes, mountains, snow, heat and some of the best seafood in the whole world!

I have almost the same amount of pride in my state as I do in my young real estate career. Being a fairly "new" agent, I have not and will not, allow my views to become tainted/skewed, and I'm HUNGRY to continue making a splash. There is simply no job too big or too small for myself and The Vurganov Group.

Also, I've taken a liking to settling up distressed properties over the course of the past year, mainly because I like the challenge.

Without rambling any further, please understand that one of the main reasons I decided to become a Realtor, was because I wanted to go above and beyond the service that I received in this industry over the course of home buying, so understand that it's guaranteed that I will go above and beyond from our first face-to-face meeting, straight through to settlement.

My name is Dawn Metcalfe and I am a professional Realtor licensed in the state of Maryland; specializing in Bel Air, Forest Hill, Aberdeen, Abingdon, Havre De Grace, and Jarrettsville. I have all of those qualities and compassion for people. After all, buying a home is one of the biggest investments a person can make in life. To me, it is not just about the transaction it is about the person or people involved. The biggest complaint people have regarding their realtor is they can't get in touch with him or her. I am always available by my cell phone and if you have to leave a message I return my calls in a timely manner. We also have team coverage if one of us in on vacation.

Before becoming a Realtor: I graduated from Harford Community College with an Associates of Arts Degree and moved on to the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.

Family: I have a husband and two boys that are 4 and 6 years old.

Home: My home is in Bel Air, MD and I have been a resident in Bel Air for ten years. (being a resident for 10 years I am knowledgeable of Harford County)

Hi! My name is Ali Steibe, and I am the administrative assistant here in The Vurganov Group office. When you choose to work with us, you’ll probably be hearing from me a lot! I make sure your files are in order, and keep everyone on track. I communicate with outside vendors, such as inspection companies and contractors, schedule showings, keep up to date with new listings, and organize settlements to make sure your home buying or selling experience goes as smoothly as possible.

A little about myself: I have a Bachelor of Science from DeSales University, a small college in eastern Pennsylvania. I recently moved back home to Abingdon, where I’ve lived all my life. Hi! I'm Jessi Sifford and I just started with the Vurganov Group! I'm one of the administrative assistants. So I'm sure I'll be talking to you quite frequently!
